PuffTab Privacy Policy
Iterate Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. PuffTab is designed so that your data stays on your device. This policy explains what information we do and do not collect.
What We Collect
We do not collect, store, or process personal data from PuffTab. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking within the App.
Data You Enter
All information you add to PuffTab (such as puffs, supplies, methods, or notes) stays on your device by default. We do not have access to it. If you export data, you control where that export is saved or shared.
iCloud Sync (Optional)
PuffTab offers an optional iCloud Sync feature that allows you to sync your data across your Apple devices. If you enable this feature:
- Your PuffTab data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.
- Iterate Technologies Ltd. does not have access to your synced data. It is stored and encrypted by Apple.
- Your data is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy.
- You can disable iCloud Sync at any time in the App's settings. Disabling sync does not delete data already stored in iCloud; you can manage iCloud storage through your device's Settings.
Device Permissions
- Photos: If you attach images to entries, the App requests access to your photos solely to let you select or capture an image. Images remain on your device unless you export or share them.
No Third-Party Services
The App does not embed third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social sharing SDKs.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adults of legal age to consume cannabis in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
Because your data stays local, you control its security. Use your device's built-in protections (passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, backups) to safeguard your information.
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or export it elsewhere. We do not keep copies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as PuffTab evolves. We will update the effective date when changes are made. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
