PuffTab Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PuffTab iOS application ("App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility and Use
You must be the legal age to purchase or consume cannabis in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws and using the App in a lawful manner.
Accounts and Data
PuffTab does not require an account. All information you enter is stored locally on your device by default and is not transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for backing up, exporting, or deleting your own data.
iCloud Sync (Optional)
PuffTab offers an optional iCloud Sync feature. If you enable iCloud Sync:
- Your PuffTab data will be synced across your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.
- Synced data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your iCloud account and managing your iCloud storage.
- We do not have access to data stored in your iCloud account. Apple, not Iterate Technologies Ltd., is responsible for the security and availability of iCloud services.
Permitted Usage
- You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as allowed by applicable law.
- You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Health and Safety
The App is for personal record-keeping only and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for any health-related questions. You assume full responsibility for your consumption choices.
Intellectual Property
PuffTab and related logos, trademarks, and content are owned by Iterate Technologies Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted beyond the limited license to use the App described above.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; deleting the App will remove locally stored data unless you have exported it elsewhere.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iterate Technologies Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
