Several Shortcuts options allow you to enter puffs into PuffTab and easily get info about your current Puff status. Put shortcuts onto your Apple Watch and log Puffs right from your wrist with three taps.

Home screen widgets

Four widgets keep you current at a glance: the time since your last puff, a supply tracker showing remaining grams for your top jars, "Green Hours" timer, and a daily limit chart that shows you where you're at for the day based on the limit you set.

iCloud Sync

Keep your data in sync across all your Apple devices. Enable optional iCloud Sync and your puffs, supplies, and settings seamlessly follow you from iPhone to iPad. Your data stays private in your personal iCloud account.

Daily Limits

Set a daily target in grams and watch your progress fill as you log puffs, so you always know where you're at.

Green Hours

Set a window of time when you allow yourself to consume. Green Hours helps you stay mindful by showing whether you're currently within your designated time window. The dashboard displays your status at a glance, and optional push notifications alert you when your green hours begin and end.

A dedicated home screen widget keeps you informed without opening the app, showing your current status and time remaining until your next window opens or closes.

Apple Watch Companion App

PuffTab comes with a companion app for Apple Watch. Log puffs directly from your wrist, check your daily limit progress, and see your last puff time at a glance. Everything stays in sync with your iPhone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to track my puffs?: No! PuffTab is really very useful even if you don't track every puff. Just inputting your supplies when you buy them gives you a rich amount of info to search through and track. The more info you give PuffTab the more useful it can be, but you don't have to buy into logging every single puff.
Do I need to sign up for an account to use PuffTab?: Nope. You just open it and start using it. We don't need or want any of your personal data and don't need it to give you a great experience.
Where is my data stored?: By default, any data you put into PuffTab is stored only on your device. If you enable the optional iCloud Sync feature, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's encrypted infrastructure. We consider the data you put into PuffTab as extremely private, medical information. We don't want any your data. Period. That is not our business model. You don't even need an account to start using PuffTab. There are no ads or tracking in PuffTab, so literally none of your PuffTab data ever leaves your device unless you export it, share it, or enable iCloud Sync. But you're in full control of where you put that data.
